Landon is a well connected, born and raised Santa Cruz County local. He received his Degree from Liberty University in Business Administration & Data Analytics, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. After graduation, desiring to remain close to his family and grandparents, he became a Realtor and started his career at Montalvo Homes & Estates.

Since 2025, Landon has applied his adaptable data analysis and business administration skillset to serving Montalvo's clients' real estate needs. He helped close over 10 deals in his first 7 months with Montalvo and is knowledgeable in both residential and mixed-used, real estate transactions.

Outside of his real estate endeavors, Landon deeply cares about time with family, friends, and his broader community. He is a board game enthusiast, lover of the outdoors, mediocre musician, avid reader and passionate about economics & investing. His driving motivation is to be a faithful steward of relationships, opportunities, resources, and our shared earth.
